Staff hardly ever answer the telephone. Also wouldnt work with me when I had to check out early at 9:00 AM and still charged me for another night even after I asked for partial credit at least.

Hotel seems fine, bed is comfy, breakfast is good. Nothing to complain about. We were very worried before coming to the hotel because of all the bad reviews written, but we did not encounter anything bad and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It felt like we stayed in a completely different hotel.

It was cheap. You can't be too picky getting a last minute booking during a large event. $---for a night was the absolute best deal we could get with the price gauging.

I didnt like anything about the property. I feel that they gave me the room that I had because I had my dog with me. The room was not clean. I had to get someone to come down so that we could have hot water. I wasnt happy with the room at all.

The room was a no smoking room and smelled like smoke. The vent in the bathroom was falling apart. I was charged an additional $250 without any explanation. The desk clerk could not provide a valued reason for charge. I will never stay at another Days Inn

The only positive thing about our stay was that the bread at breakfast was not stale. The breakfast itself was terrible since nothing worked or was dirty.
